Some moments ask for silence. Others call for music. And then there are days like this one when every note feels like a handshake across oceans. Today I want to speak to you who press play in cities I have never walked through, to you who sing along under unfamiliar skies, to you who carry the sound forward in ways I never imagined.

Each time someone listens to a song I created, something happens. A bridge forms. A thread connects us. Across distance and language, there is rhythm. There is voice. There is pulse. And I feel it.

From Sweden to Brazil, from Canada to South Africa, from small villages in the mountains to wide avenues in crowded cities; I have seen the traces. The streams. The shared playlists. The heartfelt messages. You brought this music out of the studio, out of the quiet hours of writing, and into your own lives. That means everything.

To those who dance to the songs while cooking, walking, driving, painting – thank you. To those who sent words, photos, or short notes describing a moment when a melody stayed with you; I read every line with care. Music travels best when it finds real ground, and you have provided it.

Art needs listeners as much as creators. Without you, these songs would remain within me. You gave them a life beyond the page, beyond the microphone. You allowed them to move, to shift, to grow. Some of you heard reflections of your own stories. Others found new landscapes. Either way, the songs belong to both of us now.

Every culture, every heart, holds music in its own way. The fact that my compositions reached people far beyond where they were made fills me with a quiet fire. You gave time, attention, and emotion. That is the most generous gift anyone can offer.

I believe in shared frequencies. I believe in echoes that carry further than logic can explain. What happened with this music proves it. It continues to surprise me. It humbles me.

So here is my simple and true message: thank you. Thank you for listening. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for allowing the music to become part of your hours, your rituals, your spaces.

I will keep creating with that knowledge in my hands, that somewhere, someone might one day hear a new chord, and something within them will respond.

Your presence makes this journey real.

With deep gratitude,

John Arthur Lewis Hillstierna
